Today I am asking a question. I mentioned this in my run up to this series and some of my friends said I was crazy. They have changed their tune.

WILL THE CONSTITUTION PROTECT YOU IF YOU EXERCISE YOUR FREEDOM OF SPEECH, ASSEMBLY, RELIGION, ETC.?

Well, let’s take a look at how Leftists have handled the Constitution.

BTW: Get a copy of the Constitution to read and carry with you.

IMPEACHMENT: Impeachment is an action to remove a government official who has committed “high crimes and misdemeanors.” And, as with anything a person is accused of, their must be concrete proof of those crimes.

Well, I guess the Leftists in Congress forgot or overlooked that part. They impeached President Trump once on charges that were proven not only false, but actually made up by a political opponent.

Now, they are impeaching a private citizen who is out of office for something that DID NOT HAPPEN. Check the speech the President gave on January 6th and let me know which phrases he used to incite violence.

While you are at it, look up statements by Pelosi, Maxine Waters, AOC, etc. and how they actually did incite violence.

So, not constitutional. But, the Constitution is not stopping it.

ELECTION INTERFERENCE: A 31 year old Florida man is being prosecuted for election interference and spreading election misinformation with….wait for it…memes on social media. Apparently, he posted meme’s that encouraged voters to vote by text for Hillary. He tricked voters into doing that.

Really? First of all, if you are stupid enough to follow the directions on a social media meme, you probably shouldn’t vote. Or drive. Or feed yourself. You are a danger to yourself!

It’s funny, because I can send the FBI a picture of a sign posted outside my town before the end of the election that thanked the population of my town for voting, as if the election was over. The implication might have kept people from voting. Should that guy be prosecuted also? ( Personally, I think he should be prosecuted for bad taste and ugly signs.)

FREEDOM TO ASSEMBLE AND PRESENT COMPLAINTS TO CONGRESS FOR REDRESS: I know people who went to the “St*p the S*eal” protest in D. C. on January 6th. These people were no where NEAR the Capitol at any point. At the very least they didn’t storm it. They are now being questioned and intimidated by the FBI. No warrants, no subpoenas, nada. This is clearly meant to send a message to people about exercising this right.

FREEDOM OF SPEECH: In a recent announcement from Homeland Security, the government will now consider anyone who is involved in the above STS movement or other groups supporting constitutional rights as a “Domestic Violent Extremist. ” This could also be Christians and Libertarians. Everything you post or say is now under the microscope and may mark you for possible prosecution.

And I haven’t even talked about illegal lockdowns, forced vaccines, and domestic travel bans.

So, back to our original question. After much research, the answer is. It depends.

Wait, you ask, what do you mean, “it depends?”

Well, let’s think about that. The Constitution is a piece of paper written over 200 years ago. Since that time, it has been amended, interpreted, and, quite frankly, violated. Currently, the trend among the Lefty Socialist Communists is to twist it into something it is not based on their belief that it is a “living, breathing thing ” that must be adapted to whatever they want. They tell us that with social media, freedom of speech has changed. They tell us that the Second Amendment was written to allow settlers to carry their simple rifles for hunting and it doesn’t support more modern weaponry. Peaceable assembly is only for preferred populations such as Antifa and BLM, even though those groups often get violent. The distortions and mental gymnastics go on and on.

Unfortunately, those Lefty Socialist Communists have installed judges, lawyers, law enforcement, and legislators who follow this same theory. That’s why we see judges making decisions that are quite obviously unconstitutional, but are left to stand.

So, whether the Constitution protects you or not really depends on who is in power, who is prosecuting or hearing your case, and which political affiliation you belong to. And, unfortunately, it seems that the more Conservative citizen has around a 30% chance of being able to cite the Constitution in his/her case. Also, if you are one of the “protected” populations, those odds will improve IF you have the right political beliefs.

So, what do we do?

Well, there are groups that will take on Constitutional cases. Some focus on different areas such as religion, gun rights, etc. DISCLAIMER: These are suggestions based on what these groups post on their websites. You must do your own HOMEWORK! Here are just a few:

Christian Legal Society – christianlegalsociety.org

Lawyers.com – This site is so generic that it is hard to determine if they have a particular political slant, but you can search for lawyers in your area that will take on cases based on violations of rights.

ACLU- Many of us shy away from this group because, quite frankly, they seem to support more left leaning causes. However, I will say that they have taken on cases for Conservatives as well.

Attorneys for Freedom: I found out about this group when I heard its founder Marc Victor on the Tom Woods Podcast. Marc has been busy in California and other states filing cases for different churches whose right to practice freedom of the religion have been impacted by the Covid decisions of Governors. There is great info on the blog area of the site, particularly about what to do if you are charged with a federal crime. They do the regular cases, personal injury, etc. as well. They can be found at attorneysforfreedom.com

For gun rights, I have a membership in the USCCA. They focus on what you should do if you are involved in a shooting, even if it is justified. They will provide you with a lawyer well versed in gun laws and give you a card with steps to follow after a shooting. Their website is unconcealedcarry.com

There are probably more local lawyers you can turn to as well. My suggestion is that you contact one and ask if they do constitutional cases. Ask if they have regularly presented in Federal Courts, because state courts and federal courts can be very different. If you have a business relationship with a lawyer, ask what he/she would recommend.

It is quite sad that we can’t say we are completely protected by the Constitution anymore. Maybe we never could. After all, laws and rights are only as good as the people who support and defend them.

But it is even sadder when someone thinks they are protected and they are not. It can be devastating.

I get it. Joe has adtvanced stage dementia. It’s obvious every time we see him speak, walk or just do anything. It’s why you didn’t want a crowd at the Fauxnaguration ( along with the fact that no one wanted to be there). The man can’t even make sense. He seems to be lost, a lot. I guess you can only use so much adrenaline on an old guy like him.

And listen, I understand. My mother had dementia, but it was when she was in her 90’s. And she wasn’t installed in an important office. It’s painful to watch the decline in someone like that.

Sad thing is, I think that is what you had planned all along. You wanted someone you could exploit and use to sign your dictatorial, communistic and economy breaking measures. You wanted someone that would do whatever you wanted, no matter how many people or how much of the country you hurt.

Once Joe has outlived his usefulness and has pissed off enough of the country, you will toss him aside and have Ms. Harris, someone who is used to screwing others to get what she wants, swoop in and make things “better.” By then the country might be under the total control of China and/or the one world government, but she’ll get to do her thing. And I am sure our economy will be destroyed.

One thing I wondered is why Jill, his wife, would let this happen. Did she make a deal with you? Is she getting paid? Will she get some cushy job in the government? Does she just hate the old coot? Or maybe she thinks this is worth it if he gets to be fake President for just a while. It’s puzzling.

I’m sure Hunter doesn’t care. He has his hookers and blow, or meth, or whatever he is on.

You might want to be careful about what crazy shit you allow the old loon to do though. Already, many Biden supporters are seeing what is going on, the sell out of our country. The rest of us have known it all along. If the two sides ever come together, well, you might just have one big problem on your hands. What would happen if 100 million people decide enough is enough?

I love my country.

I voted for Trump. Twice.

I have worked a job and supported my family all my adult life.

I pay my bills and taxes.

I have never broken the law.

I have never rioted, looted or burned down a building.

I have never physically or verbally attacked another person.

I believe in the Constitution and all the rights I have:

freedom of speech.

freedom of religion.

freedom to peacefully assemble to petition my government

and all other rights it protects including those in the 2nd amendment.

I believe the 2020 election had extensive fraud and cheating.

I believe that all lives matter.

I treat people with respect.

I’m that dangerous domestic terrorist our Totalitarian Government warned you about.

Think about that!

I’m not. And I never will be.

Today’s theme has to do with kids. As a teacher for 30 years, it saddens me to see what education has become in this country. The colleges turn out teachers who value socialism above freedom. They are also basically illiterate when it comes to content. This is not to say all of the teachers are so, but many are. I worked with young teachers after I retired, and I can say that many lack the basic knowledge and skills to teach their content.

One of the things we have failed at as a country is teaching kids facts and then letting them come to decisions based on what they are taught. That’s why our young people are so willing to grab onto the viewpoints of teachers, professors, etc.

So, what do you do?

Never, never, never take a backseat when it comes to your child’s education at ANY AGE. Go to as many school board meetings, PTA Meetings, and Parent-Teacher meetings as you possibly can. ALWAYS ask to see your child’s work and assignments. You need to know what is being taught in all areas. Be a watchdog! Most teachers won’t mind it, and if they do they have something to hide. Have the phone number for the school, the central office and the Superintendent of your area, district, or county in your contacts list.

Most teachers will tell you that the more parents are involved, the better the child behaves. The same goes for the teacher!!!

You will have to pick up the slack for your child, especially when it comes to topics like American History, the Constitution, and current events. Here are some resources. ( I found these on Amazon, but you can find them elsewhere)

“The Constitution Decoded” by Katie Kennedy- gets good reviews and is called thorough and unbaised.

” I know My Rights” by Rory Margraf – seems to be on a 5th or 6th grade level. Again, good reviews.

“The Big Book of American Presidents” – due out in February. Self explanatory and does include Trump.

“Don’t Know Much About History” -Kenneth Davis – Good reviews

Of course, you have to be the judge of what you want to have your child read.

As for current events, it is difficult to find a source for news that isn’t extremely biased. Look to the same sources you rely on for yourself.

If you don’t have kids of your own, volunteer to work with local church or community groups. You probably won’t be teaching any content, but by your working with children you will give them a great role model.

Never be afraid to let your children know your values and how you view things. My kids were constantly listening to Sean Hannity or Rush Limbaugh when in the car with me. ( We also had a dose of George Noori in the mornings, but that’s another discussion.) We would listen and discuss different issues. I like to think it helped them be more rational and fair in their opinions. Even so, college was a challenge to that as they faced professor after professor who was of a socialist bent. They came out fairly unscathed!!!!

And never forget teaching your children and raising them in the religion of your choice. Without the good values of faith, kids are more likely to fall for false influences!

If we lose our kids and they don’t understand the values this country was based on, then we truly will lose our republic. Just look at those ugly little Antifa critters and you’ll know you need to keep that from happening.

I wrote the other day that the Democrats were participating in their own self destruction. I still believe it’s true, because I believe that the people of this country will see through their actions. But, I also wonder if this isn’t all part of the plan for something much bigger.

As we watch the Leftists take over the government, some of us have questioned if they have a plan. We watch Biden spout nonsense, see his handlers perform amazing verbal gymnastics to try to explain his nonsense, and see Executive Order after Executive Order initiate bad policy after bad policy. Surely, this can’t be by design? Who would openly do such stupid things? Who would blatantly piss off powerful members of their base?

Leftists. You see, leftists will do whatever they need to do, say whatever they want to say, and screw whoever they have to screw to promote their cause. They have a plan. It’s a long term plan.

The plan is not just to run this country and keep their power. If that was the case, they would ease into these decisions with much more care and caution. They would have laid the ground work over a few weeks or months. That way, they could soften up the ground to get rid of thousands of jobs with bribes to the unions. They could tell the “human interest” stories that would justify, in their minds, allowing men in women’s bathrooms, men competing in women’s sports, and the approval of transgenders in the military. They would have smoothed the road for Biden, making him look much more reasonable, more presidential. They certainly wouldn’t have allowed him to sign 29 Executive Orders in five days. ( For the record, Obama signed 5, Trump 1) They would have had them done one or two at a time.

But they didn’t.

Biden isn’t the end game here. The Leftists really don’t care about his image. He is a stooge. A placeholder. He will be one of the first political martyrs in their cause.

Follow me here. There are at least 75 million people in this country who voted for Trump. There were considerably less who voted for Biden. Any smart leadership would at least attempt to win over the opposition with a conciliatory tone. They would certainly not want to antagonize them more with all of this nonsense and an illegal and stupid impeachment.

But, the leftists have sought out ways to antagonize Trump followers, going as far as to propose legislation to designate anyone who used the terms MAGA, Stop the Steal, and yes, even patriots, as domestic terrorists. If passed, this legislation would allow the House and Senate to decide who the terrorists were. What a great way to get rid of political opposition, right?

But, how do you justify criminalizing as many as 75 million people?

You goad them into violence. And if you can’t get them to act violently, you find people who will commit violence while claiming to be one of them. Or, you just straight up make it up. China is really good at that. They make up stories to turn the general population against the group they want gone.

You make an example of one of their leaders, not just getting him out of office, but destroying his life in the process. You destroy a billion dollar company and a few smaller ones. They dress this up as moral outrage, social justice, and “for the better good. ” It’s a message to Trump supporters. “If we can do this to him/them, what can we do to you?”

With all of this and every Executive Order, the tension in the country rises. Even the Biden voters wonder if they made the right choice. As tension rises, violence increases. Sprinkle a little big tech censorship on top, and you set the conditions for people to get really angry and take action. And once that happens, the mainstream media can portray that violence any way they want. All you have to do is look at the breech of the Capitol compared to the rioting and burning by Antifa and BLM. The ground work is laid for the general population to get tired of it and turn on Trump supporters. Look at the young people who have been indoctrinated in wonders of Socialism.

You might even cause some Trump supporters to back down and go away.

The plan evolves until guns can be taken away, speech can be outlawed, and elections become a one party coronation of the leftists. After all, who will be left to run against them? Republicans? Most of them are a light version of Socialists.

At some point they won’t have to include us in anything. We’ll either die off, end up in jail, or beg for forgiveness and fall in line.

It sounds hopeless. I hope I am wrong. But, if we are to do anything, we need to be prepared to be strong. Strong enough to stay non-violent. Strong enough to build support by opening eyes, removing illusions. And, most of all, win the fight by being in it for the long haul.

There is strength in numbers. We all know that.

Today’s activity is to find a group of people in your community or town to share ideas with. Maybe you could meet over lunch and talk about what is going on. Maybe you meet at someone’s house and read a book together, maybe one about history, the Constitution, etc.

And I don’t mean online. I mean sit in a room together even if you have to wear masks or sit 6 feet apart.

The point of all of this is that when you can sit, face to face, and share your thoughts, ideas, and emotions, it is easier to process what is happening and how you will deal with it. It is also a way to hear new ideas, other’s perspectives, etc.

You can even get a few laughs in and have a good time!

I guess I can see what the Leftist Democrats had planned for Trump. I think they thought that the whole Russian Collusion thing would work right after he was elected. Somehow, they figured people would turn against him and beg for him to be impeached. They didn’t think the American people would actually pay attention to the fact that they had no proof and that the FBI had lied. They thought we would trust James Comey and Robert Mueller.

We didn’t and it didn’t work.

The Republicans saw the handwriting on the wall and most of them discouraged the whole impeachment thing. They certainly didn’t support it except for a few outliers who really aren’t Republicans.

Over the four years, the Democrats threw everything at President Trump and yet nothing stuck. Their imaginative charges and plots just couldn’t overcome one thing, and that was those of us who supported him.

Yeah, we flinched at some of the things he said. We didn’t support everything he did, but we saw the economic numbers and how he was a President who kept us out of wars and cared about everyone being able to have jobs. And he spoke to US, not at us.

They went to the most drastic plan they had, stealing the election. It worked and again they misjudged us. We didn’t just throw up our hands and walk away. We applauded Trump’s investigation into what really happened. And, not being stupid or brainwashed, we saw clearly what happened.

One thing I know about Americans. We don’t support liars and cheaters. We identify with those who have had things stolen from them. We root for the underdog.

And that’s what Trump became, an underdog, and we loved him even more for it.

But, they didn’t give up. They are in the midst of attempting to smear and ruin him in whatever way they can. I guess they don’t see that while Biden is the alleged winner, he can’t even draw followers to his Twitter or Instagram accounts. No one seems interested in Joe except for the propaganda arm of the party, who are working overtime to make him seem smart and likeable. It’s not working. Even the devout Leftists I know are anxiously waiting for the day when he is out of office, and I don’t mean in four years. He’s a loser and a fraud and Americans see that.

Then, on top of that, by his Executive orders, Joe eliminates thousands of jobs, deprives diabetics and those with allergies their medicine at lower prices, exposes women to males in their bathrooms and demolishes women’s sports. He also opens our power grid to foreign interference, costs us billions by signing back on to the Paris Climate Accords, and doles out foreign aid to terrorist countries and China like a drunken sailor. Many of Biden’s supporters are having severe buyer’s remorse.

But, Pelosi and Schumer trudge on in an attempt to impeach a President who is no longer in office for a creative but false charge. If that doesn’t work, they are working on invoking anything that will keep him from running again.

They are either numbingly stupid or totally out of touch. Most Americans, even the most ardent Biden groupies, want this stopped. They figure enough is enough.

But, the Leftist Dems don’t work for the American people. They work for a more menacing, demanding set of bosses, China, George Soros, and the whole New World Order clan. So they keep it up.

It’s almost funny, because by keeping thins up they are guaranteeing the demise of their power and their party. Trump supporters are more committed than ever, even if not to Trump but to the movement he has created in this country. They are tired of the corruption that occurs in D.C. on a regular basis. And if the big tech companies think they can keep that movement down by censoring them online, they are mistaken. One thing I know from teaching humans for thirty years is that the more you set up roadblocks for them, the more they find creative ways to get beyond them.

Add to that the idea that some big tech company jerk in California is trying to suppress our speech and you have given millions even more reasons to stay in the fight.

But, again, the Democrats don’t seem to get that. And neither do some Republicans such as Romney, Murkowski, Cheney, etc. They don’t seem to understand how they are damaging themselves instead of their target.

Maybe their puppet masters have more dire consequences for them if they fail. But, trust me, by their actions, these big government actors are assuring their party and their careers will be demolished.

As someone once said, ” Never stop the enemy from self destruction.”

I found my newest and best strategy for keeping the Biden regime from impacting my life. And I owe all my thanks to the Ute tribe in Utah.

The Utes aren’t happy with old Joe. ( Get in line with the unions, female athletes and diabetics Utes!) They are particularly angry with his Executive Order against granting new permits to drill for oil and gas on their land. They call it a direct attack on their ” economy and sovereignty, and right to self determination.” Can I have an AMEN! Or an AWOMAN!

This gives me an idea.

Aren’t I allowed MY sovereignty? MY Self Determination? My good economy? The answer is YES!

Therefore, I am declaring my sovereignty here in Oxford. As a sovereign nation, I refuse all Executive Orders of any and all governments of a foreign country, particularly those run by Biden and even Larry Hogan. I will determine for MYSELF if I need to wear a mask, take a vaccine, pay taxes ( which would be to myself). I already don’t consider Biden President, and I have personally impeached Hogan, so, I own loyalty only to myself and my family, dogs and cat, the residents of my sovereign country.

And, if I am a sovereign country, I can’t wait to lobby the Congress to send me BILLIONS of dollars in aid to help support the study of why my dog chases my cat all the time.

I knew it would happen sooner or later. We hadn’t had our Nanny Newsletter Reminder on Facebook lately, so I figured the powers that be in town were hunkered down studying data and medical research to decide what to do.

But, considering that with Biden’s installation a miracle occurred and our head Dictator Herr Hogan had said we could now open schools and cases were down 25% in one week, I also thought maybe there was no need.

Silly me. See, I guess there must have been a miscommunication in the CCP Federal to State network and they didn’t get the party instructions on what to say and do. So, while Governors like Hogan and Cuomo were opening up schools/businesses in their state and being somewhat optimistic, Old Joe and his regime were talking doom and gloom and gave us the “It’s going to get much worse before it gets better” statement. The Governor’s must have seen the World Health Organization’s statement that the PCR testing was woefully inaccurate and gave too many false positives and Joe must have misread it. You know, the thing.

Can you imagine the phone calls? I’m sure one of Joe’s handlers called Hogan and Cuomo and told them it was too early to open up. For one thing, how was Joe going to send out more money that we don’t have to people? How was he going to get by with his $1600 per child initiative? How could Democrats sell the $1000 a month stipend for all gambit? How would Biden put out more pork, I mean, stimulus billions? “We can’t open up yet, ” I’m sure they said, ” It’s not going to look like Joe had any hand in solving this. Keep the message negative!”

Oh the humanity. I’m sure Lockdown Larry Hogan took a quick trip to the toilet on that one. He finally could have started his big ” the King is going to grant you back some freedoms you should always have” persona and his campaign to run for President, and Joe pulled the rug right out from underneath him! Poor Humpty. Cuomo probably swore and put out a hit on someone, anyone, Republican.

Well, in Oxford, land of the Biden Groupies and the Fauci Fan Boys, the town got right down to business. I’m sure as soon as they heard Biden’s mask mandate for FEDERAL property, the Commissioners and their official interpreter got together to show old Joe that Oxford could do better than that! Immediately, signs started going up again about wearing your mask!!!!!

To be accurate, I’m fairly sure that at least one of the Commissioners drives by himself in the car with a mask on. Or takes a shower with one on. Or douses himself in sanitizer five times a day. I’ve seen the car incident, not the others, thank goodness!

And of course, those of us old geezers who want the inadequately tested and not yet proven completely safe vaccine, could now sign up for it. Yahoo!! Come one, come all, take a vaccine that might not be safe or effective at all! (Yeah, don’t tell the old folks in Oxford, but the vaccine doesn’t grant you immunity from Covid. Or mask wearing.( Hmmmmmm)

I’m so proud of our town. After all, the UNITY they have shown in perpetuating the Covid scam is amazing! Well done!
